I am a single female who is seeking a housemate.

I am fine with a couple renting.

Preferably no children.

I have a cat – so other pets could be a problem.

No smoking.

I will be traveling a lot, so you would have the house to yourself most of the time.

I am a performing artist – dance, music, theater, installation and visual arts.

The house is a historic little bungalow house built in 1914.

It’s quite cozy and a little eccentric – my parents did the interior decorating with influences from this Southern Appalachian region combined with Morocco!

There is a long stretch of back yard and a driveway.

I am looking for a housemate who is reliable and trust-worthy.
